During the Moab Yoga & Adventure Retreat, set in the wildly beautiful backdrop of the red cliffs of Moab, you will learn tricks to release stress so you can fully experience the wonders of the desert, the wild play of adventure, and the power of relaxation.

Through daily adventures, yoga, community, and free time in the tranquility of nature, you will be able to unwind, let go, step out of your comfort zone, and most important, have the freedom for wild fun!

No matter your level of experience (this is for all levels, genders and ages 21+), Moab offers world renowned adventure for all. You will raft (or SUP) the Colorado River, mountain bike through the desert blossoms, climb the red cliffs, practice yoga under the shade of cottonwoods, and eat delicious, hand-crafted meals.

Your Stay

Cali Cochitta, a gem in the heart of Moab, offers luxury accommodations in a private compound, just steps away from all the action of downtown. Including air-conditioned private and shared rooms, private cottages, a hot tub, and plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, to relax, unwind, and chill, Cali Cochitta will have something for everyone!

11am meet up at Boat Launch in moab to Raft & SUP

(Lunch on river)

4pm Check in to Cali Cochitta

5:30pm Group Connect & yoga

6:30pm Drinks & chat

7pm chef prepared Dinner

Post Dinner Chill & Free time

(enjoy the hot tub, Fire, your room, or town!)

DAy 2: Saturday

7:30am Yoga

8:30am Breakfast

9:30am Departure to Mtn Bike; Return 1:30pm(ish)

all levels guided Mtn Bike, will have tortoise & hare groups!

2pm Free time (town, massage, chill, hot tub…)

5pm Yoga Stretch

6:30pm chef prepared Dinner

Hi all! Lindsay Gurley here. I am thrilled to bring all of my people together for an epic weekend of yoga, adventure, community, amazing food, and a wildly fun time for all levels and all genders! If you don’t know me (yet!), I am a Certified Coach, Adventure Guide, Yoga Instructor, wellness expert, and general lover of life! I have curated this weekend retreat for you to tap out of your routine and stress so you can plug into what you love. Read more about me here and let’s do this!


Package Details

Your Retreat Includes:

  • 3 full days and 2 nights in shared or private accommodations at the Cali Cochitta

  • 6 delectable meals/snacks (from lunch on Friday to lunch on Sunday)

  • Daily Morning Yoga Class

  • Daily Evening Stretch Class

  • Daily Adventures with certified guides: Rafting + SUP | Mountain Biking | Rock Climbing

  • Transportation during the retreat for adventures (can pick up at Moab airport or coordinate rides from Grand Junction air)

  • Community, wild adventure and fun!

What’s Not Included:

  • Spa session - Massage or Facial (additional cost, must be booked in advanced)

  • Transportation to Moab (flights, car, hitchhiking)

  • Alcoholic drinks (Available to purchase or BYOB)

  • Other incidentals

  • Guide gratuity (Suggested tip of $20/day for activity guides)

  • Some ground transportation

  • Travel/cancellation insurance

  • Anything else not listed under “What Your Retreat Includes”

 

Activities: All activities are curated for all levels and are optional. With that, I hope you will challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone or be open to learn something new AND this is a “challenge by choice” retreat, if you prefer to not do an activity, that is totally ok, just let me know in advanced. All gear needed for the activities will be provided. If you plan to bring any of your own (bike, climbing gear), please alert me. Yoga is also optional, please bring your mat or let me know if you need one (towels are fine too).

Dietary Restrictions: We will try and accommodate all dietary restrictions, within reason. Meals can be arranged for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free restrictions. Please indicate your dietary restrictions when registering for the retreat.

Is this Retreat a good fit for me? This is an adventure based retreat for all level of expertise. We do ask that you have a base level of fitness and feel good spending part of the day outside, on a raft or SUP, your choice, (for 4 hrs), on a bike (pedaling for 2 to 2.5 hours), and to rock climb (1-3 hr). It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you are — these activities are curated for all levels and there will be multiple guides to support the different paces and levels that attend. Please know we will update this page regularly but there are limited options for room types, due to high volumes of registration we will CONFIRM your room and payment via email or call. Early Bird pricing is a pay in full option, deposits are available for non-early bird pricing after Dec. 15th if spaces are still open.

BOOKING DIRECTIONS:

Early Bird Pricing is offered until December 15th with only a full payment option. When you pay in full during Early Bird you can pick your room of choice (your room options, based on your choice above, will be shared via email) and it will be held for you! Please read the Booking Terms. After Dec. 15th, a $600 deposit is required to hold our spot and have filled out the below Application. Full payment for regular pricing due January 15, 2019. Fill out the Booking Form once payment is sent.
