The LadyBoss MasterCircle is a joining of an entrepreneurial mastermind and a women's circle, interweaving the power and action of a mastermind with the support, connection, and sisterhood of a women’s circle. This is a group of committed, purposeful, and passionate women who are ready to make a greater impact (and income) in the world.
LadyBosses is about bringing the soul of your business and your own soul into alignment. It is about connecting to the purpose of your business, as well as your own purpose in the world. It is about breaking through old beliefs and barriers that are holding you back from personal and professional success. It is about a community that will hold you accountable, so you make your dream life a reality. It is NOT a strategic business foundations program, focusing on the nitty-gritty’s of how to run a business, business plans, or accounting (ok it will have a little, but it is not an MBA, at all). It is about getting out of your own way, finding community, and feeling empowered so your passions and pursuit’s succeed.

This is a 8 week commitment of 6-8 ladies, with weekly facilitated VIRTUAL (Zoom) sessions + training videos. Each session will include a synopsis of the weeks training video with facilitated personal and professional development, group coaching, and a little ritual + mindfulness sprinkled in.
Who this is for:
I am going to be straight - this is for COMMITTED women. Women who will SHOW UP each session for themselves and for each other. Life gets busy and it is easy to throw certain things to the side AND the power of commitment is what can transform your business and your life, if you let it.
This is not a bitch about life/work fest (but don’t worry, we got you if/when tears, emotions or stuff comes up!). This is a place to support, uplift, grow as an individual and a business, and to hold one another accountable to making shifts, so you can make big change in the world!
This is for entrepreneurs who identify as female. Any phase of entrepreneurship is welcome, if you are brand new and aching to take the leap to finally start your business or if you have been at it for years and are ready to re-claim the soul of you and your work, to bring greater success.
You MUST be able to show up to all sessions, via Zoom (virtual conferencing). If you have to miss a session (because I get it, life happens) it is ok, sessions are recorded. If you know you have to miss more than 2 sessions, now is not the time to join and know there will be future programs dates, you can reach out to hear what you can do in the meantime.

Details:
6-8 Female Entrepreneurs
8 Weeks of Sessions (9 weeks in length, one off-week)
One weekly video training released the Thursday prior to each session (8 total, must watch prior to each session)
Action items (aka homework/soulwork), partnered accountability
8 Virtual Coaching Sessions:
January 4th - February 22nd (off-week February 8th)
5:30pm to 7pm
Personal Coaching Sessions: (worth over $300)
1 - 30 minute pre-program Zoom Coaching Session with Lindsay
1 - 1 hour post-program Zoom Coaching Session with Lindsay
Location: Zoom (where ever you are in the world!)
Estimated weekly time investment:
1 hour weekly training video
1.5 hour live sessions
1-2 hours of “homework”
TOTAL time investment: 3.5 - 4.5 hours
Access to Private Facebook Group of all LadyBoss participants & extended events and The LadyBoss Retreats (coming Fall 2021).
Investment: $550
Early bird: $475 (by December 4th)
The commitment for the 8 weeks is first, your time and energy and secondly, an investment of $550. Because money = energy = commitment. Yes, $550 is a big commitment and if you break it down it is about $68 a week. Perspective wise, that is less than gas, coffee, and a yoga class combined per week - and we aren’t really driving as much these days anyways! And if you aren’t willing to invest in your business today, this is just probably not the right program for you at this moment.

Applications will be accepted until December 18, 2020, applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Not all who apply will be accepted — it is critical that the group is dynamic, committed, and can offer different expertise. If more information is needed you will be contacted for a quick phone call, otherwise applicants will be notified via email. Early Bird Applications and payment are due by December 4th, no later to receive Early Bird pricing. Payment is due, in full, by December 27th to hold your space.
